Thank you In advance for purchasing our USDA Chevon (Goat) meat. Our Boer goats, Icelandic sheep and chicken are pasture/brush/hay fed and supplemented with organic grain from Vermont Green Mountain organic feed. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Goat Tidbit: Three quarters of the world's population eats goat meat. This trend is rising in the United States as well. Goat is surprisingly healthy compared to the usual meats we consume, even chicken!
CHICKENS- Eggs: $5.00 doz.
Meat: $6-10 lb.
Our thirty chickens honestly free range. They have access to field and forest for foraging. We think this makes for a high quality nutrient rich egg and amazing soup or meat chicken.
Because we practice diversity, we have many breeds of chickens which create a rainbow of colored eggs. We have soup chickens which will keep you healthy all winter and roaster chickens.
BOER GOATS AND LAMB
Chevron & Lamb Meat: Approx. $12-$18 per lb
Our 4 acre piece of land can only support a small herd. We have field and forage for them. The goats eat all the invasive on our property such as: Japanese knot weed, bittersweet, purple loosestrife and poison ivy.
The kids stay and milk with their mothers until processing. This produces a very sweet tasting meat.
